Nigeria’s LGBT Community Calls For Boycott Of Infinix Phones Over Homophobic Ad

A call for boycott of infinix phones has been made by Nigeria’s LGBT community, over a homophobic poster by the phone company.

Sharing a photo of infinix phones’ poster advising members of the public not to engage in homosexual acts, Nigeria’s LGBT Community via an Instagram post wrote;

“If you’re Lesbian, gay, bisexual or trans and still using Infinix, You are fueling homophobia in Nigeria!! Cc: @infinixnigeria
#boycottInfinixNigeria
#boycottinfinix
#saynotohomophobia
#saynotohomophobiainNigeria”

This is coming few weeks after it was reported that Nigeria’s LGBT community shared their excitement, as Charly Boy announced his decision to fight for the rights of people involved in same-sex relationships.
