Photos: Faces at the MTN’s Emergency Intervention Wards Project

In answer to the call for partnerships that will improve the health status of Nigerians, MTN Foundation, the corporate social responsibility (CSR) arm of MTN Nigeria, Nigeria’s leading telecommunication company, donated equipment, medicines and other medical consumables to tertiary health institutions across three states of Anambra, Ebonyi and Imo States in the southeast geopolitical zone of the country. The donation comes under the second phase of its Emergency Ward Intervention (MTNF EmWIn), conceptualised and implemented to bridge the gap in medical infrastructure in government tertiary hospitals by providing medical equipment and consumables to emergency wards, thereby enhancing their capacity to respond to victims of emergency situations. The initiative which was instituted in 2017, made its debut intervention in three North-eastern states of Yobe, Borno and Adamawa. The MTN Foundation’s EmWIn is part of the Foundation’s health initiatives which are targeted at improving the health status of Nigerians by addressing the hospital needs and promotion of awareness of individuals to dispose them to seeking prompt and quality healthcare.More photos below…The post Photos: Faces at the MTNs Emergency Intervention Wards Project appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
