Two suspects have been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command, on Friday, in connection to the killing of a medical graduate of the University of Lagos, UNILAG, Dr. Stephen Urueye, at Idi Araba, Lagos.
Stephen Urueye was stabbed to death at the gate of the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, on Thursday, just a day after having his convocation.
News of his death led to an outcry from students and doctors at LUTH who protested vehemently as they demanded that justice should be done.
The two suspects, Gbadebo Jimoh and Malik Adeboye, were arrested on Friday by operatives from the Itire division.
