Chloe Russell death, obituary, funeral arrangements: Beloved 16 year old Chloe Russell has died after a horrible accident on March 30, 2020.
Russell of Middletown, Connecticut, was killed along with another unidentified female in the single-vehicle Cromwell accident.

18-year-old Tavien Desean Harris drove the pickup truck which had Chloe Russell and the other victim as passengers. They were travelling on CT-9 when the Toyota Tacoma crossed centerlines and exited the roadway.
The vehicle then rolled over ejecting both female passengers.
Tavien Desean Harris was hospitalized with injuries. The extent of the injuries is unknown at this time.
One of the female victims was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma.
The second victim was dragged by a passing vehicle for several hundred feet. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The vehicle then fled the scene.
The cause of Chloe Russell accident remains under investigation.
